CSV Sorter

A CSV sorter makes it easy to reorganize a dataset by clicking the column that matters. Instead of importing a file into spreadsheet software just to sort it, you can paste or upload a CSV and reorder the rows directly in your browser.

Why sorting helps

Sorting is useful when you want to review customers alphabetically, bring the highest values to the top, group similar records together, or quickly inspect data anomalies. Being able to toggle between ascending and descending order gives you a fast way to explore the same dataset from different angles.

How the tool behaves

The sorter reads the current CSV table, lets you click a header to choose the active column, and updates the rows instantly. It works well for common CSV exports, including numeric values, text fields, and quoted content.

Because the result can be downloaded as a new CSV, this tool is handy for preparing cleaner exports before sharing, reporting, or importing them somewhere else.
